In a follow-up meeting, we will delve deeper into all the travel details. We will discuss your travel pace, budget, desired activities, and any special requests. From tranquil nature spots to challenging off-road routes, together we will outline the contours of your dream trip. After this meeting, you will receive a clear and comprehensive quote from us, so you know exactly what to expect.
Tailor-made itinerary
With all the information we have gathered, we put together a fully customized itinerary. Think of a logical route, carefully chosen accommodations, and – if desired – sights and activities. Everything fits together seamlessly, ensuring the trip runs smoothly, relaxed, and exactly the way you want it.
Booking & preparing
Are you satisfied with the proposal? Then we will book everything for you. You don't have to arrange anything: we take care of booking the campsites, the 4WD camper, any activities, and all practical details. You can also add extras to make your adventure complete. Think of gear for fishing, surfing, kitesurfing, or mountain biking, so you can fully enjoy nature and the activities along the way. Additionally, you can book extra equipment for the 4WD camper, such as a BBQ, beach tent, extra camping gear, or other practical items. This way, you set off perfectly prepared and exactly according to your wishes.
We also offer a Starlink package. With this, you have excellent coverage even in the most remote corners of Western Australia. You simply connect your own phone and can video call family and friends even from the deserted outback. This way, you always stay reachable — even when traveling far from civilization.
Flight & arrival
On the day of departure, you will board the plane feeling relaxed. Upon arrival, we will personally welcome you at the airport so that you feel at home from the very first moment. To unwind after the long flight, you will spend the first night in a comfortable hotel. This allows you to acclimatize at your leisure and get a good night's sleep. After a delicious breakfast, we will pick you up for your first introduction to your 4WD camper — the moment your adventure truly begins.
Extensive check-in
Before you depart, we take the time for a clear and calm explanation of the 4WD camper. We show you how everything works, provide practical tips, and ensure you start your road trip full of confidence. The 4WD camper is fully ready for departure: with a full water tank, a full diesel tank, and all the equipment you need.
Additionally, we can stock the camper with groceries in advance based on your own list, so that you can leave immediately upon arrival.

We are available 24/7 throughout your entire trip. Whether you have a question, need help, or want advice on the route, we are always ready. This way, you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind, knowing that there is always someone thinking along with you.
